What's an ElevenLabs key, and do I need one?
Yes. Voxora Script is an automation layer on top of ElevenLabs, not a replacement. You provide your own ElevenLabs API key, meaning you use your own character limits, custom voices, and billing directly with them.
Are there any generation limits?
Your connected ElevenLabs plan sets provider usage limits. Voxora also supports up to 5,000 spoken characters per script, up to 10 primary cast roles per generation, and up to 6 soundscape tracks per generation. We charge the flat $9/mo subscription for the studio software; provider usage is separate.
How does selected-scene sampling work?
On Creator, choose line or scene indexes during revision preflight and generate only that selection with your own ElevenLabs key. It is paid provider generation, separate from Voxora’s $9/month subscription; free exploration remains for parsing and casting.

Can I download and use the generated audio?
Yes—your work stays yours. Voxora claims no ownership of your scripts or generated audio. You retain the rights you hold in your work and can download mixes and dialogue tracks for your projects. Your subscription pays for the tools, not a transfer of ownership.
Separately, commercial use depends on your provider plan and terms, voice permissions, and rights in the content you use. These requirements do not give Voxora ownership of your work.
