Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Voxora Script (the "Service"), operated and provided at voxorascript.com by Voxora Script LLC, doing business as Voxora Script ("we," "us"). Voxora Script LLC is your contracting party for the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Voxora Script converts written scripts into AI-generated audio using third-party voice technology (including ElevenLabs). Features vary by plan (Free, Creator). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

3. Your Content

  • Voxora Script claims no ownership of the scripts you upload or the audio you generate. You retain all ownership and other rights you hold in your content. Paying for a subscription does not transfer ownership of your work to Voxora Script.
  • You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service. This permission is not a transfer of ownership.
  • You may submit a voice sample for cloning only if it is your voice or you have the speaker's explicit permission. You authorize Voxora Script to send that sample to ElevenLabs through your connected account solely to create the requested voice clone.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any text you submit and that your use of generated audio (including commercial use) complies with applicable law and the policies of our voice-technology providers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • create audio that impersonates a real person without their consent, or that is deceptive, defamatory, or fraudulent;
  • generate content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that infringes any third party's rights;
  • attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
  • resell or redistribute the Service itself without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Voxora Script LLC is the contracting merchant for paid plans, which are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties, including ElevenLabs (voice generation), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and your use of those features is also subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED AUDIO WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxora Script LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US $50) if you have not paid us anything.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 7–9) survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
